When the State arrays all of its power against an individual, my role is to even the playing field and balance the power to ensure that person’s rights are protected. Similarly, when a vindictive spouse or former spouse threatens court action, the accused is entitled to an advocate to walk with him/her through the maze of court proceedings feeling assured that their rights are being safeguarded by an attorney who has made their interest his own.
About Attorney Rawson
I did my undergraduate studies at BYU and graduated with scholastic merit from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. I am licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Utah and before the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
In addition to being a lawyer I was an Emmy award winning television news reporter for 30 years with KUTV and KTVX in Salt Lake City and St. George
Practice Areas
My law practice is focused in three main areas: (1) all aspects of criminal defense including DUIs and representation in juvenile court; (2) family law including divorce, custody, modification of divorce decrees, and adoption; and (3) defending parents who are involved with the Division of Child and Family Services.
